All our creations are NOT the front-end itself, these are the THEMES for ATTRACT MODE.

Our first theme is called NEVATO.
We started working with 3 main goals:

ATTRACT MODE the best ARCADE FRONT-END

This is the actual front-end. It's the "engine" that makes it all possible.
All our themes run on top of ATTRACT MODE.

MODERN

SUITABLE FOR HI-RES

I don't know about you, but we want to play arcade games on our hi-res desktops and laptops - and we want it to look sharp! But don't worry it scales down beautifully for low-res screens.

VERSATILE

ADAPTS TO SCREEN ASPECT

We are constantly switching between 16:9 and 16:10 aspects. This theme adapts to both aspects ...and we are throwing 4:3 to the mix for the lucky ones with dedicated arcade setups.

BEAUTIFUL

LOOKS GREAT

If you have a ton of arcade artwork - you can use them all: snaps, videos, marquees, fanart, game flyers. But don't worry, you can get by with only game screenshots and wheel graphics.

ARCADE FRONT-END?

You can argue that hardcore arcade gamer should use 4:3 screen. But the truth is that we are all using a wide variety of screen aspects. If someone has only one screen - it won't be 4:3 aspect (in most cases). And that's why we've created a theme that will auto-adapt to your screen size.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL NEVATO theme

[ 1 ] download and unzip theme
[ 2 ] copy NEVATO folder to your /layout folder in ATTRACT MODE
[ 3 ] choose NEVATO as your layout for AM in your DISPLAY > LAYOUT DOWNLOAD THEME

DO I NEED
SOMETHING ELSE?

NEVATO theme is just the final layer on top of ATTRACT MODE front-end and working MAME (or other emulator) with roms and game artwork.

ATTRACT MODE front-end

This is crucial, because NEVATO theme runs on top of ATTRACT MODE. You have to download AM and configure it first.

GAME ARTWORK

You'll need at least game snaps (screenshots) and wheel graphics (those fancy game titles in .png files)

MAME (or other emu with roms)

We've designed and tested this theme to work flawlessly with MAME, but you can use it with other emulators also.

GAME PLATFORMS MARQUEES

Only arcade games comes with marquees graphics. So for other game platforms you will need additional graphics. See more info HERE.
